Entry 1

*sigh* I am in love. People say, "Oh you're 13. It's just a crush!" But it's more that that. I can feel it. He is my Hamlet, my Edward Cullen, my Romeo. And even if he and I grow old and marry other people (which will most likely be the case, though I refuse to believe it) he will still be the owner and bearer of my heart. He is such a young victim of Grand Theft Critical Organ. And now, I can't manage to even get close to stealing his in return. It must be so valuable to be guarded by a metal cage stronger than diamonds. I always am stopped. Maybe I wasn't meant to be his Ophelia, or his Bella, and certainly not his Juliet. But I unsuccedingly try. I don't know why. That's a lie. I do know why. It's because I LOVE HIM IRREVITABLY and I don't really care who knows it. Every time my eyes happen to drift into his warm gaze, I am instantaniously suffocated. I desperately want him to love me too. He used to. *sigh* What else is there to say now but *sigh*

Diary of a Teenaged Vegetarian

I like being a vegetarian. It makes me feel selfless. How? Well, eating a hamburger doesn’t benefit anything except the McDonald’s cash register. It’s taking a life away from an animal, and you’re eating it for no reason. It’s not good for you. Our bodies can survive without meat. We can even thrive. We’re omnivores, which means that we can eat vegetables and be perfectly fine. See, like, lions for example, can’t process plants and they have to eat other animals. But they’re not wasteful like we are. Why would you raise an animal, love it, feed it, and then slaughter it and eat its muscles for your own enjoyment?
Sure, we need protein but that can come in a million other forms. Soy (edamame, tofu, just about anything) is an even better source of protein than animal flesh! Even if you’re not into the whole soy thing, nuts and beans are a great source of protein. I eat peanut butter sandwitches like every day. Allergic? Most grocery stores have protein powder that comes a million ways, even chocolate flavored! I put a couple scoops in with some fruit, milk and ice and it makes an amazing smoothie. That’s the BEST breakfast ever, it’s healthy and it satisfies your sweet tooth!! The fruits along with the calcium and protein makes it a powerhouse!
Everyone says they couldn’t be a vegetarian, but it’s so easy! I challenge everyone who reads this to try it. Just for a week. I feel so much healthier now, it almost challenges me to stay healthy. I have to make sure I get some protein in every day and I can’t eat most fast food, which is horrible for me. I love it.

You may laugh because every time I sign my name, I put a gold star after it. But, it’s a metaphor, and metaphors are important. My gold stars are a metaphor for me being a star. And just so we’re clear, I want to clear up that hateful rumor that I was the one who turned that horrible Sandy Briarson in because he gave Hank Saunders the solo I deserved. That’s ridiculous.

I am not homophobic. In fact, I have two gay dads. See, I was born out of love. My two dads screened potential surrogates based off of beauty and I.Q. Then they mixed their sperm together and used a turkey baster. To this day, we’re not sure which one’s my real dad, which I think is pretty amazing. My dads spoiled me in the arts. I was given dance lessons, vocal lessons, anything to give be a competitive edge. You might think that all the boys in school would totally wanna tap this, but my MySpace schedule keeps me way too busy to date. I try to post a MySpace video everyday just to keep my talent alive and growing. Nowadays, being anonymous is worse than being poor. Fame is the most important thing in our culture now. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that no one’s just gonna hand it to you.
